agenda communication was founded in May 2004 by Alison Jones and Heather Pritchett. For seven years previously, they had worked together as employee communications consultants for a global advertising and communications business with clients in both the private and public sectors.

As company directors, they have a unique combination of experience: Alison started her working life in arts and leisure services, moving into employee development and later employee communications management and consultancy.

Heather's background is in journalism – writing and editing first local and later business and corporate publications. An interest in research led her to employee communications consultancy.

Other members of the team have expertise in facilitation, research, writing and editing, translation, design and web development.
